18. In the Schedule to the Estate Agents (Specified Offences) (No 2) Order 1991 (specified offences) [S.I.1991/1091. Amended by the Enterprise Act 2002, section 2. There are other amending instruments but none is relevant to this Order.], in the entry relating to the 1974 Act, omit the references to section 7, section 39(1), (2) and (3) and section 167(2).

19. In paragraph 1 of Schedule 2 to the Education (Student Loans) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1998 [S.R. 1998/58.], for the definition of "APR" substitute -
""APR" means the annual percentage rate of charge calculated under rules made by the Financial Conduct Authority under article 60M of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Regulated Activities) Order 2001 for the purposes of Chapter 14A of Part 2 of that Order;".
