(1) Any application which before 1st April 2014 -
(a) had been made to the OFT under the 1974 Act, and
(b) had not been determined by the OFT,
is to be treated as having been made to the FCA, unless paragraph (2) applies.
(2) This paragraph applies if the application had been made under a provision of the 1974 Act which is repealed by this Order.
