Article 29 Interpretation of Part 8

In this Part -

"appeal period", "debtor", "hirer", "licence", "licensee", "regulated agreement" and "standard licence" have the meanings given by the 1974 Act (disregarding any repeal of the 1974 Act by this Order);

"appropriate regulator" means - (a) in relation to a person who is, or is applying to become, a PRA-authorised person, the PRA, (b) in any other case, the FCA.
