Article 49 Offences committed under the 1974 Act before 1st April 2014

Section 402(1) of the Act (power of FCA to institute proceedings for certain offences) [Amended by the Counter-Terrorism Act 2008 (c.28), Schedule 7, paragraph 33(4), and the Financial Services Act 2012, Schedule 9, paragraphs 1 and 39.] applies as if it included a reference to offences committed under the 1974 Act before 1st April 2014.
