Article 3 Meaning of "overseas person"

In article 3(1) of the Regulated Activities Order (interpretation), in paragraph (a) of the definition of "overseas person" -

(a) after "25," insert "25A,"; and

(b) for "and 53" substitute", 53, 53A and 61".
