(1) The Minister may delegate to such persons as may be prescribed, any function in relation to the administration of any benefit as may be prescribed and any such delegation shall be subject to such conditions and in such circumstances as may be prescribed.
(2) Regulations made under this section may apply to the whole State or to a specified part or parts of the State.
