41. Appeals to First-tier Tribunal under Part III.

(1) If, in the case of a determination by the OFT such as is mentioned in column 1 of the table set out at the end of this section, a person mentioned in relation to that determination in column 2 of the table is aggrieved by the determination he may, within the specified period, appeal to the First-tier Tribunal.

(1ZA) References in the table to a determination as to the suspension of a standard licence or group licence are to be read as references to a determination under section 34ZA to confirm a determination to suspend a standard licence or group licence.
