Regulations may make provision, in relation to agreements entered into in the course of a business of credit brokerage, debt-adjusting, debt-counselling or the provision of credit information services, corresponding, with such modifications as the Secretary of State thinks fit, to the provision which is or may be made by or under sections 55, 60, 61, 62, 63, 65, 127, 179 or 180 in relation to agreements to which those sections apply.
