Section 3(1) of the Criminal Justice Act 1994 is amended in the definition of "drug trafficking offence" by the insertion of the following paragraph after paragraph (bb):
"(bbb) an offence under section 15B (importation of controlled drugs in excess of certain value) of that Act,".
