Section 91 of the Act of 2001 is amended -
(a) in subsection (1) -
(i) by the deletion of "or" in paragraph (b),
(ii) by the substitution of "subject, or" for "subject." in paragraph (c), and
(iii) by the insertion of the following paragraph after paragraph (c):
"(d) under section 257D.",
and
(b) in subsection (4), by the insertion of "or under section 257D" after "charged".
