7. Amendment of section 33AC of Central Bank Act 1942 (Registrar to prepare annual report).

Section 33AC of the Central Bank Act 1942 (as inserted by section 26 of the Central Bank and Financial Services Authority of Ireland Act 2003) is amended in subsection (1) by substituting "within 9 months after the end of each financial year" for "not later than the end of September in each year".
