15. Amendment of section 57AK of Central Bank Act 1942 (Right of appeal to High Court).

Section 57AK of the Central Bank Act 1942 (as inserted by section 28 of the Central Bank and Financial Services Authority of Ireland Act 2003) is amended by substituting the following subsection for subsection (3):

"(3) An appeal under this section must be made within 28 days after the notification of the decision or within such extended period as that Court allows.".
