Section 61E of the Central Bank Act 1942 (as inserted by section 30 of the Central Bank and Financial Services Authority of Ireland Act 2003) is amended -
(a) by inserting after subsection (1) (g) -
"(ga) the Financial Services Ombudsman,
(gb) the Pensions Ombudsman,",
(b) in paragraph (h), by substituting "section," for "section.", and
(c) by inserting the following paragraph after paragraph (h):
"(i) any body established by or under an enactment for the purpose of supervising the conduct of auditors.".
