19. Insertion of new section 61G into Central Bank Act 1942.
The Central Bank Act 1942 is amended by inserting the following section after section 61F (as inserted by section 30 of the Central Bank and Financial Services Authority of Ireland Act 2003):
"61G. How the Bank may give or serve notices and other documents.
(1) If a provision of this Act or the regulations, or a provision of a designated enactment or designated statutory instrument, requires or authorises the Bank or the Regulatory Authority to give or serve a notice or other document, the notice or other document may be given or served -
(a) in the case of a natural person -
(i) by delivering the notice or other document to the person personally, or
(ii) by leaving the notice or other document at, or by sending it by prepaid post to, the person's residential or business address last known to the Bank or Regulatory Authority,
or
(b) in the case of a body corporate -
(i) by leaving the notice or other document at, or
(ii) by sending it by prepaid post to, the head office, a registered office or a principal office of the body corporate,
or
(c) in the case of a partnership -
(i) by delivering the notice or other document to one of the partners personally, or
