5. Repeals and revocations

(1) The Acts of the Oireachtas specified in Part 1 of Schedule 1 are repealed to the extent specified in column (4) of that Part.

(2) The statutory instruments specified in Part 2 of Schedule 1 are revoked to the extent specified in column (4) of that Part.
