22. Reports and information to Minister.

(1) The Agency shall, as soon as practicable, but not later than 6 months, after the end of each financial year make a report in writing to the Minister (in this section referred to as the "annual report") of its activities during that year, and, before the annual report is published, the Minister shall as soon as practicable after receipt by him or her of the annual report cause copies of the annual report to be laid before each House of the Oireachtas.

(2) An annual report shall include information in such form and regarding such matters as the Minister may direct.

(3) The Agency may, from time to time, make such other reports to the Minister relating to its functions as it considers appropriate or as the Minister may require.

(4) In addition to the information provided by the Agency in its annual report and in reports made pursuant to subsection (3), the Agency shall provide the Minister with such information in relation to the performance of its functions, or with advice on an
