Regulation 10 Criteria for approval of prospectus by FCA

(1) Section 87A (criteria for approval of prospectus by FCA) [Sections 87A to 87R were inserted by S.I. 2005/1433.] is amended as follows.

(2) In subsection (1) -

(a) omit paragraph (a);

(b) [deleted]

(3) In subsection (2A), omit "EEA".

(4) [deleted]
