Regulation 30 Penalties for breach of Part 6 rules

(1) Section 91 (penalties for breach of Part 6 rules) is amended as follows.

(3) In subsection (1B)(a)(i) [Subsection (1B) was inserted by the Companies Act 2006 Schedule 15, paragraph 6, and was amended by the Financial Services Act 2012 (c. 21) section 16.], for the words from "transparency rules" to "directive" substitute "qualifying transparency legislation".
