Regulation 27 Corporate governance rules

(1) Section 89O (corporate governance rules) [Inserted by the Companies Act 2006 section 1269.] is amended as follows.

(2) For subsection (1) substitute -

"(1) The FCA may make rules ("corporate governance rules") relating to the corporate governance of issuers who have requested or approved admission of their securities to trading on a regulated market.".

(3) Omit subsections (3) and (4).
