Regulation 20 Provision of voteholder information

(1) Section 89B (provision of voteholder information) is amended as follows.

(2) In subsection (4), for the words from "person" to the end substitute "person in accordance with the following provisions".

(3) In subsection (5), omit "under subsection (4)(b)".
