The NTMA shall provide NAMA with treasury services and advice in connection with debt securities, any borrowings of NAMA and debt securities issued by NAMA or a NAMA group entity, and for any other purpose and in connection with the provision of such treasury services, may enter into transactions of a normal banking nature with any person, as agent of NAMA.
