(1) Notwithstanding anything in the Land Registration Rules 1972 to 2008, an officer of NAMA, an adviser acting on behalf of NAMA or a person nominated in writing by the Chief Executive Officer of NAMA may inspect and take copies of any document filed in the Land Registry on a dealing or transaction with the property of any person.
(2) This section applies only to documents relevant to an acquired bank asset.
(3) A person who seeks to inspect or take a copy of a document pursuant to subsection (1) shall produce to the Property Registration Authority evidence that he or she is a person authorised under that subsection to do so.
