82. Provision of information and explanations, etc.
(1) An applicant credit institution or a participating institution shall provide any information and explanations requested by NAMA in relation to the matters referred to in sections 80 and 81 or any other matter relevant to the acquisition of a bank asset, and shall also secure that an officer or staff member of the applicant credit institution or participating institution shall provide an explanation of any such information, documentation, book or record, including an explanation of any apparent omission from the information, documentation, book or record.
(2) NAMA may direct an applicant credit institution or participating institution to procure that any of its subsidiaries provides the information or explanations referred to in subsection (1) in relation to the bank assets of the subsidiary.
