After section 18B, insert - "18BA. Membership of Board and Regulatory Authority. (1) Nothing in this Act shall be read so as to prevent any member of the Board from being a member of the Regulatory Authority. (2) Where more than half of the members of the Board are also members of the Regulatory Authority, then paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 shall apply as if it read ‘A quorum for all meetings of the Board is 7'.". |
