40. Amendment of section 407 (restriction on use of losses and capital allowances for qualifying shipping trade) of Principal Act.
Section 407 of the Principal Act is amended in subsection (1) by substituting "31 December 2006" for "31 December 2002" in the definition of "the relevant period".
