167. Amendment of section 136 (write-off of certain repayable advances to Shannon Free Airport Development Company Limited) of Finance Act 2002.
Section 136 of the Finance Act 2002 is amended in subsection (2) by substituting "an amount of up to €11,409,916.13" for "amounting to the sum of €11,409,916.13".
