110. Amendment of section 123 (rates of duty) of Finance Act 1992.
(1) Section 123 of the Finance Act 1992 is amended by deleting paragraph (c) (inserted by section 70(b) of the Finance Act 1993).
(2) This section comes into operation on such day as the Minister for Finance may appoint by order.
