(1) The Minister shall initiate, not later than 1 January 2014, a review of the operation of this Part and shall ensure that the review is carried out.
(2) The person carrying out a review under subsection (1) shall consult with such other Ministers of the Government as he or she considers appropriate, the Data Protection Commissioner, the Central Bank of Ireland and such other persons or bodies as he or she considers appropriate.
