Regulation 10 Bank may require adjustments to applicant's business plan

The Bank may, as a condition of granting an authorisation to an applicant, require the applicant to make a specified adjustment to the business plan submitted with its application. If the Bank requires such an adjustment to a business plan, references in these Regulations to the business plan are taken to be references to the plan as adjusted.
