Regulation 12 Communication of the decision

Within 3 months of the receipt of an application (or, if the application is incomplete, of all the information required for the decision), the Bank shall inform the applicant concerned whether the authorisation has been granted or refused. The Bank shall give reasons if it refuses to grant the authorisation.
