(1) The Financial Services and Pensions Ombudsman has jurisdiction over the settlement of disputes between electronic money holders (being electronic money holders that are consumers or the operators of undertakings that were at the relevant time micro enterprises) and electronic money issuers concerning rights and obligations arising under these Regulations.
(2) In the case of a cross-border dispute, the Financial Services and Pensions Ombudsman shall cooperate actively with equivalent bodies in other European Economic Area Member States in resolving them.
