Regulation 51 Powers of Bank to waive the application of all or part of the obligations pursuant to this Chapter

The Bank may waive the application of all or part of the obligations pursuant to this Chapter in respect of electronic money institutions that carry out one or more of the business activities which fall within Regulation 28(1) (e).
