The measures referred to in this Article shall apply from 1 October 2023 in respect of the entities set out in Annex IV to Regulation (EU) 2023/1214, see art. 1 of the Council Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/2081 of 28 September 2023 implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/1214 amending Regulation (EU) No 833/2014 concerning restrictive measures in view of Russia’s actions destabilising the situation in Ukraine.
The measures referred to in this Article shall apply from 10 April 2023 in respect of the entities set out in Annex V to Regulation (EU) 2023/427, see art. 1 of the Council Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/722 of 31 March 2023 implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/427 amending Regulation (EU) No 833/2014 concerning restrictive measures in view of Russia’s actions destabilising the situation in Ukraine.
