17. Amendment of section 27 of Act of 2010

This format of the bill is taken from the text of stage 1 published on 28 July 2022 by Dáil Éireann

Section 27 of the Act of 2010 is amended -

(a) by the insertion of "or holding company" after "provider" in each place where it occurs, and

(b) in subsection (2), by the substitution of "terms and conditions" for "condition".
