23. Amendment of section 39 of Act of 2010

This format of the bill is taken from the text of stage 1 published on 28 July 2022 by Dáil Éireann

Section 39 of the Act of 2010 is amended in subsection (2)(b) -

(a) by the insertion of "or holding company" after "provider" in the first place where it occurs, and

(b) by the insertion of "or former holding company" after "provider" in the second place where it occurs.
