70. Amendment of section 57R of Act of 1942

This format of the bill is taken from the text of stage 1 published on 28 July 2022 by Dáil Éireann

Section 57R of the Act of 1942 is amended -

(a) in subsection (1), by the substitution of "The" for "Subject to this section, the", and

(b) by the deletion of subsections (2) to (7).
