63. Amendment of section 33BB of Act of 1942

This format of the bill is taken from the text of stage 1 published on 28 July 2022 by Dáil Éireann

Section 33BB of the Act of 1942 is amended -

(a) in subsection (1), by the deletion of "financial service provider or other", and

(b) by the substitution of "the High Court" for "the Court" in each place where it occurs.
