32. Amendment of section 48 of Act of 2010

This format of the bill is taken from the text of stage 1 published on 28 July 2022 by Dáil Éireann

Section 48 of the Act of 2010 is amended, in subsection (2), by the insertion of "or a holding company" after "provider".
