Article 149 Entry into force and application
1. This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
2. This Regulation shall apply from 30 December 2024.
3. By way of derogation from paragraph 2, Titles III and IV shall apply from 30 June 2024.
