Regulation 21 Revocation of Eurojust Regulation
Regulation (EU) 2018/1727 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 14 November 2018 on the European Union Agency for Criminal Justice Cooperation (Eurojust), and replacing and repealing Council Decision 2002/187/JHA is revoked (but see Article 62(3) of the withdrawal agreement and sections 7A and 7C of the Withdrawal Act [Article 62(3) refers to Council Decision 2002/187/JHA. Article 81(2) of Regulation (EU) 2018/1727 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 14 November 2018 on the European Union Agency for Criminal Justice Cooperation (Eurojust), and replacing and repealing Council Decision 2002/187/JHA states that references to that Council Decision shall be construed as references to that Regulation. By virtue of Article 6 of the withdrawal agreement, the references to the Council Decision in Article 62(3) are to be construed accordingly.].
