Regulation 48 Amendment of the Anti-terrorism, Crime and Security Act 2001
In section 18(4)(b) of the Anti-terrorism, Crime and Security Act 2001 [2001 c. 24. Section 18 was amended by S.I. 2011/1043.] (restriction on disclosure of information for overseas purposes), for "an EU obligation" substitute "a retained EU obligation".
