Regulation 33 Amendment of the Financial Services Act 2012 (Relevant Functions in relation to Complaints Scheme) Order 2014

For article 2(f) of the Financial Services Act 2012 (Relevant Functions in relation to Complaints Scheme) Order 2014 [S.I. 2014/1195. Article 2(f) was inserted by S.I. 2017/701.] (relevant functions of the FCA), substitute -

"(f) its functions under the Data Reporting Services Regulations 2024.".
