Regulation 35 Amendment of the Public Interest Disclosure (Prescribed Persons) Order (Northern Ireland) 1999

 In the Schedule to the Public Interest Disclosure (Prescribed Persons) Order (Northern Ireland) 1999 [S.R. 1999 No. 401. Paragraph (m) of the Schedule was inserted by S.R. 2022 No. 290. There are other amendments but none is relevant.] (prescribed persons), in the entry for the "Financial Conduct Authority", for paragraph (m)(ii) substitute -

"(ii) the Data Reporting Services Regulations 2024".
