Regulation 34 Amendment of the Public Interest Disclosure (Prescribed Persons) Order 2014

In the Schedule to the Public Interest Disclosure (Prescribed Persons) Order 2014 [S.I. 2014/2418. Paragraph (m) of the Schedule was inserted by S.I. 2017/701. There are other amendments but none is relevant. ] (prescribed persons), in the entry for the "Financial Conduct Authority", for paragraph (m)(ii) substitute -

"(ii) the Data Reporting Services Regulations 2024".
