Commission Regulation (EC) No 1569/2007

37.

(1) Commission Regulation (EC) No 1569/2007 of 21 December establishing a mechanism for the determination of equivalence of accounting standards applied by third country issuer of securities pursuant to Directives 2003/71/EC and 2004/109/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council [EUR 2007/1569.] is amended as follows.

(2) In Article 1 [Article 1 was amended by S.I. 2019/707 and S.I. 2019/1234.], in the second paragraph, in point (b) -

(a) in point (i) -

(i) omit the words from ""prospectus" to "or";

(ii) for "that Act" substitute "the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000";

(b) for point (ii) substitute -

"(ii) regulation 24 of the Public Offers and Admissions to Trading Regulations 2024;".
