110. Disposition of vehicle on arrest of person in charge.

Where a member of the Garda Síochána arrests under the Road Traffic Acts, 1961 to 1994 without warrant a person in charge of a vehicle, the member may, if the circumstances so require, take or cause to be taken such steps as he may consider proper for the temporary disposition of the vehicle.
