125. Saving for indictment for nuisance.

Nothing in the Road Traffic Acts, 1961 to 1994 shall authorise any person to use in a public place a vehicle so constructed or used as to cause a public or private nuisance, and any person who so uses such vehicle shall, notwithstanding anything in the Road Traffic Acts, 1961 to 1994, be liable to an indictment or action, as the case may be, for such use when, but for the passing of the repealed Act and the Road Traffic Acts, 1961 to 1994, such indictment or action could be maintained.
