12. Passporting: exercise of EEA rights and Treaty rights

Schedule 4 contains amendments of the following provisions of FSMA 2000  -

(a) Schedule 3 (EEA passport rights),

(b) Schedule 4 (Treaty rights),

(c) sections 34 and 35 (EEA firms and Treaty firms), and

(d) Part 13 (incoming firms: powers of intervention).
