In order to take account of technological and market developments in payment services and to ensure the uniform application of this Directive, the Commission may, in accordance with the regulatory procedure with scrutiny referred to in Article 85(2), adopt implementing measures designed to amend non-essential elements of this Directive and relating to the following:
(a) adapting the list of activities in the Annex, in accordance with Articles 2 to 4 and 16; Article 85
(b) changing the definition of micro enterprise within the meaning of Article 4(26) in accordance with an amendment of Recommendation 2003/361/EC;
(c) updating the amounts specified in Articles 26(1) and 61(1) in order to take account of inflation and significant market developments.
