Directive 2002/65/EC is hereby amended as follows:
1. in Article 4 the following paragraph shall be added:
'5. Where Directive 2007/64/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 13 November 2007 on payment services in the internal market [OJ L 319, 5.12.2007, p. 1] is also applicable, the information provisions under Article 3(1) of this Directive, with the exception of paragraphs (2)(c) to (g), (3)(a), (d) and (e), and (4)(b), shall be replaced with Articles 36, 37, 41 and 42 of that Directive.';
